At Monetu Finance, we are committed to transparent and accountable complaint handling. Our dedicated process ensures that all consumer complaints are received, acknowledged, and addressed effectively.

We aim to resolve complaints within 30 business days from the date all required information and supporting documents are received.

If you have completed our complaint process and remain unsatisfied, you may escalate your concern to NAMFISA by calling 061 290 5134. Please provide NAMFISA with:

• A copy of the written complaint you submitted to Monetu Finance
• Any written feedback received from Monetu Finance
• Any relevant supporting documents

Complainants can complete the Customer Complaint Form and submit it to Monetu Finance.
